About Brain Education
Brain Education is a methodology of physical and cognitive training to realize personal potential through better use of the brain. Since 1990, Brain Education programs in schools, communities, services for the elderly, correctional facilities, military service, healthcare, and workplaces have reported success in promoting healthy lifestyles and mental health. The value of Brain Education was recognized by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg in designating Jan 8, 2009 as “Brain Education Day” to recognize its ability to help New Yorkers “live healthy, happy lives” and “find peace of mind and well-being.”
